Getting Programming
| VEXcode Software Software packages for programming VRC & IQ robots. Windows, Mac, iPad, Chromebook, and Android downloads. See notes below for Chromebook and Android. | Android Tablet V5/IQ The programming software must be installed from the Google Play application. Teams will program the robot via Bluetooth. Instructions to enable Bluetooth on a V5 Brain. Note that Bluetooth is currently not legal to use during VRC matches. Teams must switch back to WIFI when competing on the field. |
| Chromebook V5/IQ Software The programming software must be installed as an Extension from the Chrome Web Store. Teams will program the robot via USB cable. | V5 Firmware Update This should only be used on an emergency basis. This utility will update a V5 Brain to the latest firmware if the device were to crash or if VexCode is unable to update perform the update. See a mentor before using this software. |
